A batten is an oak trim batten on a smaller scale: a narrow, plain element that is laid in rows to build a rhythm across a wall or a ceiling. We match the thickness to the construction — from 4 mm in lightweight systems up to 8 mm where stiffness and a stronger profile are needed.
Because battens are made from the same oak, a single room can combine wide trim battens with rows of oak battens — the material stays the same, only the scale changes.
