What data we collect

Only what you give us in the quote form: first and last name, company name, email, phone number, tax ID (if you give it) and the content of your enquiry — what you want made, the dimensions and the quantity.

Why and on what basis

We process the data to prepare a quote, settle the profile and the lead time, and answer your enquiry. The basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and steps taken before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

How long we keep them

For as long as we prepare the quote and correspond with you, and then for the statutory limitation period. After that we delete the data.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. You can withdraw consent at any time. You can lodge a complaint with the data protection authority.
